Now, we're growing — and looking for skilled, motivated workers to join our dynamic on-site crew.

You'll hit the ground running using your existing experience, while learning the Aldig way.

As you grow with us, there's opportunity to take on more responsibility — including running site works and guiding others.

Your role will include:

  • Installing formwork and hands-on labouring duties

  • Having your head around the job by reading and interpreting plans and drawings

  • Representing Aldig with your technical skill, professional communication and positive attitude

  • Sticking to OH&S standards, including PPE and safety procedures

  • Mentoring less experienced workers

  • Contributing to daily reporting on progress and any roadblocks

You'll need:

  • Carpentry qualifications and/or solid formwork experience

  • Experience in reading drawings, plans and specifications

  • A proactive, team-first mindset

  • A good understanding of OH&S regulations

  • Clear communication and solid problem-solving skills

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Bonus points for knowledge of piling, retention and concreting processes
