We're looking for aHead of Operationsto keep Tapi running efficiently, predictably, and profitably as we scale across Australia, New Zealand, and new global markets. This role leads Tapi's operational engine, translating strategy into action, maintaining financial discipline, and driving delivery excellence across every part of the business.As a key member of the leadership team, you'll work closely with the CEO and execs to ensure Tapi's foundation stays strong while we grow fast. You'll oversee everything from financial management and planning to systems, data, automation, and operational rhythm.About TapiTapi is an AI-native SaaS platform reimagining how property maintenance is done. With global expansion ahead of us and an ambitious roadmap, this is a pivotal time to join.Check out this video from the Tapi team.What you'll doStrategy & Planning: Lead annual planning, OKRs, quarterly forecasting, and reporting rhythms.Financial Management: Own budgets, forecasts, cost governance, and relationships with finance partners (Oxygen, Krigsman).Delivery Operations: Keep Tapi's delivery engine sharp, manage company wide delivery, track execution, and drive process improvements.Systems & Automation: Oversee and optimise Tapi's core tools (Slack, Xero, Chargebee, Linear, Notion, Zapier, Airwallex, etc.). Design smart, scalable workflows that automate repetitive work and improve accuracy.Data & Insights: Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting systems that give the business clear, real-time visibility.Governance & Compliance: Act as Board Secretary, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance across SOC II, ISO, privacy, and risk frameworks.People & Culture: Lead people planning, frameworks, performance, and engagement for the business.
