About the Role

· Full-time Production Operator position

· Work with automated lines and equipment in our dairy production facility

· Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process

· Employed under the Richmond Dairies Enterprise Agreement 2025 offering a competitive hourly rate.

At Richmond Dairies, being a Production Operator gives you the chance to learn across different areas, from product bagging and palletising to gaining experience with production processes, spray dryer, evaporator operation and others.

What We're Looking For

· Attention to detail and reliability on the production line

· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

· Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety

· Availability to commence work at 4am.

What would be a plus but not essential:

· Experience in food, dairy production or manufacturing

· Forklift operation

· Evaporator or spray dryer experience.
