Your Opportunity:

As a Boutique Manager of our incredible new Archive Boutique Sydney, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will lead the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.

You will take ownership as a leader to:

  • Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures
  • Manage the Rosebery Boutique effectively, leading by example
  • Drive the team to achieve success
  • Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities
  • Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a retail management position, ideally within the Australian designer or luxury market
  • A client-centric customer service approach
  • Demonstrated experience in improving financial performance
  • Proven success in team member development
  • Experience managing a large number of team members, proven success in team member development
