Join our vibrant ROAME. team at Sydney Boutique We're looking for a passionate, experienced Boutique Stylist who thrives in a premium brand environment. Reporting to the Retail Manager, this role requires a minimum of two years' experience and weekend availability.

The Role:

  • driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
  • maintaining a high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client sales and client brand loyalty
  • carrying out of store-operating standards
  • maintaining company policy and procedure
  • support the store manager to coordinate and uphold loss prevention strategies
  • maintaining the highest level of store presentation standards

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a boutique stylist with a premium or luxury brand
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive and engaging experience for every customer
  • Consistently strive to meet Boutique and individual productivity targets.
  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, online dispatch, merchandising, and store upkeep
  • Strong styling skills and a deep understanding of fashion and trends
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
  • Love of fashion
  • Availability to work weekends
