The Roles

Are you interested in teaching at TasTAFE? We have a range of teaching areas across Tasmania for future positions at a full-time, part-time, fixed-term or casual capacity.

  • Trades: Plumbing, Electrotechnology, Automotive, Construction.

On any given day, your duties will include:

  • Facilitating lesson plans, providing a robust learning style for all students
  • Providing your expertise and knowledge to the future of your industry
  • Enhancing and adding to TasTAFE's continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with other experts and stakeholders to provide best practice

What will you bring

  • Experience in the VET sector or have the relevant qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
  • Desire to grow your learners skills and passion
  • You should possess a diverse skill set encompassing broad aspects of your industry

You will require a current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
