About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at MyChoice Psychology as a Provisional Psychologist. As a Provisional Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological services to our diverse client base in the Richmond NSW 2753 area. MyChoice Psychology is seeking a motivated and compassionate provisional psychologist to join our growing private practice.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide psychological interventions to children, adolescents, and adults under supervision.
  2. Conduct assessments (e.g., WISC, WIAT, MIGDAS, etc) with guidance and support.
  3. Work collaboratively with families, schools, and allied health professionals.
  4. Receive regular individual, peer, and group supervision with a Board-Approved Supervisor.
  5. Contribute to case discussions, professional development, and clinic culture.

What we're looking for

  1. A completed Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, with eligibility for provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  2. A strong commitment to providing high-quality, ethical and client-centred psychological services
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
  4. Demonstrated and committed to delivering evidence-based interventions and practices
  5. Proficiency in using relevant psychological assessment tools and clinical record-keeping software or a willingness to learn
  6. A desire for ongoing learning and professional development
