About Us

St Paul's Early Learning Centre provides high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. We proudly deliver a Queensland Government-approved Kindergarten program in a nurturing Christian environment, where each child is known, valued, and inspired to learn through play.

• Exceeding-rated service with a strong focus on relationships, community, and care.
• Operates Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm.
• Licensed for 92 children, with a dedicated team of 20+ educators.
• Beautiful outdoor learning environment spread over nearly an acre, home to native wildlife.

The Role

We're looking for a committed permanent full time Early Childhood Teacher to join our passionate and supportive team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, Christ-centred education that reflects both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Support the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and assess learning programs.
• Build strong relationships with families and maintain open communication.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and relevant regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in early childhood education with sound knowledge of child development.
• Thorough understanding of NQS, EYLF, and QKLG.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training.
• A genuine commitment to nurturing children within a Christian environment.
