The role

Step into a role where every moment counts. As a Doorpersonat Crown Sydney, you are the first and last impression for our guests at one of Australia's most iconic hotels. This full-time role is more than opening doors—it's about creating unforgettable arrivals and departures, managing the heartbeat of our driveway, and setting the tone for world-class service.

To be considered, you must have an unrestricted NSW driver's licence and availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster. Those with unrestricted working rights or on Working Holiday Visas are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do:

  • Own the driveway experience: Direct traffic flow with precision and professionalism, ensuring safety and elegance.
  • Lead the welcome: Work closely with Bell Services and Valet teams to orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures.
  • Provide VIP service: Greet guests with confidence, answer questions with insider knowledge, and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Keep your cool when it counts: Thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak periods and special events.

What we're looking for:

  • A seasoned hospitality professional with experience in guest-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Confidence in managing operations and making quick decisions.
