As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine requirements, translate them into clear deliverables, and support delivery teams in implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups.
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process models.
  • Support delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across BA practices and standards.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge and influence.
  • Proven ability to run workshops and manage complex requirements.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is desirable.
