Summary
The Senior Performance and Reward (P&R) Specialist will design develop and implement various total reward initiatives across Sportsbet ensuring market competitiveness and alignment to Sportsbet and Flutter Entertainment's strategy. The position will work closely with P&C Leadership Team for the delivery and implementation of related P&R activities, providing high quality advice and recommendations.

About the Role

As a key member of our People & Reward team, you'll lead the design and delivery of performance and reward strategies that drive employee engagement and aligns with Sportsbet's business objectives. You'll bring deep expertise in performance, remuneration, benefits, and global mobility, and use data-driven insights to shape impactful outcomes. With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, you'll leverage tools like AI, Copilot, and data visualisation platforms to enhance decision-making and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance and reward strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage equity based incentive programs and our employee share purchase plans.
  • Conduct remuneration benchmarking across executive and employee populations.
  • Design and manage job architecture frameworks to support effective reward outcomes.
  • Oversee benefits and global mobility programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
  • Utilise data visualisation tools to present complex data in clear, actionable formats.
  • Leverage AI and Copilot technologies to improve process efficiency and insight generation
