Murdoch University is advancing a 10-year strategy to grow student enrolments locally and internationally. Our Future Student Service Centre plays a key role in engaging prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, SMS, and in person.

Your New Role  

We're expanding and looking for multiple Meet Murdoch Team Assistants to join our growing team.

Be part of a dynamic group that supports future students through exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, SMS, and face-to-face channels. In this role, you'll assist with application processing, liaise with applicants, and help convert enquiries into enrolments.

Your Key responsibilities will include –

• Respond to enquiries from domestic and international future students

• Support outbound call campaigns

• Guide prospective students through the application process

This casual role attracts a competitive casual rate of $40 p/hr – $45 p/hr inclusive of 25% casual loading plus 12% employer superannuation contributions.

• Ability to inspire and guide prospective students, turning interest into applications.

• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ensures accurate and efficient data entry.
