Brisbane Northern Suburbs, Australia Handyma'am & Co. Full time $36,000 - $42,000 per year

We're a small business who are growing quickly, and are now on the hunt for someone to join us – specifically, someone who's got a knack for lawn mowing and maintenance.

  • EXPERIENCE: If you've got skills in mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, and other lawn tasks, you're golden But if you're eager to learn and follow directions, that's awesome too.

  • EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE: Being able to operate and have basic knowledge to maintain equipment is key.

  • DRIVER'S LICENCE & TRANSPORT: You'll need a MANUAL licence and your own vehicle to get to our starting location in Aspley. Ability to tow a trailer is an absolute MUST as you will be driving one of our business utes with fully equipped trailer to jobs on Brisbane's northside.

  • WORK ETHIC: A strong work ethic and flexibility for changing tasks are crucial. Ability to work efficiently and independently are super important along with the potential to supervise an off-sider on jobs when required. Punctuality, reliability & honesty is what we're looking for.

  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Speaking with and interacting with clients is a BIG part of our business, so the ability to build rapport and hold a conversation (without swearing) is a huge deal.

  • GREAT ATTITUDE & EYE FOR DETAIL: 'Happy to be here' is what we like to hear & see Speaking of seeing... It may not be in the specific list of "things to do", but if you can identify something that will only take a moment to improve the job for the client, be unafraid to do it
