The Role

As a SIAM Solution Architect, you'll sit within our SIAM Practice and play a key role in designing and evolving IT service integration solutions for a broad customer base. You'll partner with sales, consulting and delivery teams to translate business challenges into robust, sustainable architectures and service models.

Key things you'll be doing include:

• Designing SIAM and IT service solutions that are value-driven, relevant and sustainable for customers.
• Qualifying, scoping, estimating and architecting new and existing opportunities with Sales and Consulting.
• Developing technical designs, solution artefacts, proposals and inputs to tenders and productised services.
• Challenging the status quo to improve tooling, operations and service maturity across customers.
• Assisting in delivery of complex or marquee projects as the SIAM SME / solution owner.
• Maintaining up-to-date solution and sales lifecycle artefacts that support repeatable delivery.
• Contributing to AC3 offerings, operational plans and reusable pre-sales assets.
• Sharing knowledge via internal training, blogs, webinars, social posts and customer/partner events.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for a seasoned architect who can comfortably move between boardroom conversations, solution design, and hands-on artefact creation.

• Australian Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance (essential).
• At least 10 years in the IT industry, with 5+ years across a broad range of technology streams.
• Strong background in IT Service Management / Enterprise Service Management and SIAM.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical, achievable technical solutions.
• Experience contributing to design artefacts, technology strategies and large tender responses.
• Excellent communication skills, confident with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to diagram processes, workflows and service models.
• A self-starter mindset with resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for customer outcomes.

It would be great if you also have:

• Previous experience with a Managed Services Provider or Systems Integrator.
• SIAM Foundation certification and ITIL Foundation (with Intermediate or higher a plus).
• ServiceNow knowledge (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM or PA).
