The Opportunity

As a Lantrak Area Manager, you'll:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across your region

  • Identify opportunities for tipping solutions, materials management, and site support

  • Represent Lantrak as the go-to regional expert for your territory

  • Understand client needs and offer practical, cost-effective solutions

  • Work closely with internal teams and report to the Sales Manager

  • Manage your own territory with autonomy, urgency, and accountability

  • Stay ahead of market shifts, project developments, and competitor activity

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in construction, civil, earthmoving, transport/logistics, or a similar field

  • On-the-ground site experience or a practical understanding of how civil jobs operate

  • Knowledge of materials, plant, or site logistics is a strong advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commercial mindset and the drive to grow your territory

  • Ability to work independently and make confident, informed decisions

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Strong local knowledge of your Melbourne region
