We're seeking a motivated team member to operate and help manage our Garden Bed roll-forming machine at our Brisbane facility.

About the role

Reporting to the Production Team, you'll perform manufacturing and production functions aligned with daily schedules to ensure customer orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving 80% uptime with a focus on performance and productivity
  • Maintaining reliability and consistent attendance (5 days per week)
  • Operating roll-forming machinery with precision and attention to detail
  • Keeping a clean, organised, and safe workspace
  • Complying with WHS and company policies and procedures

About you

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Previous manufacturing or machinery experience (6+ months preferred)

This role requires the ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and stand for extended periods. Applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment physical assessment.

Hours: 38 hours per week + overtime | Bonuses: Annual performance bonuses
