Wonder Works Dental Laboratory is seeking a skilled dental technician to join our talented team in our Ashburton, Victoria location. As a dental technician, you will play a crucial role in crafting custom dental prosthetics and appliances that help improve the oral health and well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our esteemed dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Producing high-quality dental prosthetics, such as crowns, bridges and implant restoration to precise specifications
• Collaborating closely with dental professionals to ensure the seamless integration of dental restorations into the patient's mouth
• design with the latest CAD software and operate CAM machines.
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of patients and the laboratory team
• Continuously enhancing your skills and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in the dental industry

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in dental technology or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with dental professionals
• Dexterity and manual skills to craft intricate dental prosthetics

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
