As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Dental Technician to join our dynamic team.

The Role

You will work alongside a dedicated and tech-savvy team using cutting-edge CAD/CAM systems and digital processes to deliver consistent, high-quality prosthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and fabricate crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using CAD software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape)
  • Operate 3D printers and milling machines
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinicians to refine designs and case outcomes
  • Assist in digital workflow development and innovation
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure best-practice protocols

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Dental Technology
  • 2+ years' experience in a dental lab environment (digital experience highly valued)
  • Strong skills in digital design software (Exocad, 3Shape, etc.)
  • Experience with full arch restorations and implants is a bonus
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
