Production Workers - Immediate Start

Are you looking to join a hardworking team in a hands-on role? We are currently seeking motivated
Production Workers
to join our wool processing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team where safety, quality, and teamwork are key.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working as part of the Production Team to process wool efficiently and safely.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support safety and productivity.
  • Operating plant equipment under the guidance of Supervisors and in line with company procedures.
  • Following all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Supporting corporate governance through compliance with plans and actions.
  • Performing other duties as directed to support production goals.

To Be Successful, You Will:

  • Have experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to work every day.
  • Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
