Pastry Chef

The Merricks Store is looking to fill two casual part time positions.

Pastry Chef – Casual, immediate start

A fully qualified pastry chef, with at least 3 years of experience, Days only looking after all things cake and slices for our café and dessert preparation for the restaurant. Great working conditions, strong kitchen team. Room to be creative using the freshest of ingredients.

CDP - Casual, immediate start

Ideally you will know your way around the grill and pans sections, strong work ethic, and prep skills using our farm grown produce, The role is mainly day shifts with only the occasional night functions.
