• CPA讲师职位描述 (尤其是可以教EG/SMA/FR/AAA科目的):

• 高质高效完成澳洲注册会计师(CPA)单科目课程的讲授(包括但不限于基础课、冲刺串讲课、习题课等),保障教学任务的完成;

• 负责所属学科专业讲义、题库、冲刺等资料的研发及优化工作;
• 负责所属学科教学课题的研究,着力进行解题技巧以及教学方法与教学技巧的研究,提高考试通过率;
• 完成课程辅导工作,解答学员疑问、保证学员学习质量。

职位要求:

1. 会计、财务管理、审计、经济、金融、企业管理等相关专业,校本科及以上学历;
2. 已通过CPA三门及以上科目,且负责科目考试分数为600分以上;
3. 高校教师、专业培训讲师、大型事务所、上市公司财务相关工作经验者优先考虑,持有澳洲CPA证书者优先考虑;
4. 表达能力强,有较强的互动式授课能力,讲课富有逻辑,条理明确,简洁易懂,具备良好的职业素养和语言表达能力;
5. 具备较强的责任心、耐心;

6. 授课经验稍有欠缺,但有独特的CPA学习做题的技巧和方法,热爱表达和传授者可适当放宽条件

Requirements (CPA/CFA/ACCA Tutor)

• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Teaching experience is preferred
• Having studied CPA/CFA/ACCA,and certificate is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality tutoring to students in accordance with each university
• Maintain innovative teaching practices that contribute to an environment where students are encouraged to be actively engaged in learning
• Provide feedback to students to assist in their learning and participate in moderation and finalization of results/grades
• Liaise with the campus leaders to ensure the quality and integrity of the unit in accordance with each university curricula

Applicants must address the following selection criteria for tutor roles

• Bachelor or Master's degree in information technology or commerce or related area
• Relevant professional and/or industry experience
• Experience in enhancing student engagement and experience
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
• Fluent Mandarin
• Good presentation skills
• The average grade is required distinction at least, the subject taught must be HD or above
• Strong time management and classroom control ability, able to complete the corresponding teaching tasks within the specified time limit
• Be able and willing to update the knowledge and preparation of the subjects in spare time
• Clear logical thinking, well-organized lectures, enthusiasm, patience and teamwork spirit
