What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and fix issues in cold storage equipment and refrigeration systems.
- Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Work closely with the operations and maintenance team.
- Log maintenance work and follow compliance protocols (HACCP, OSHA, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a maintenance technician, general hand, or similar.
- Exposure to cold storage, warehousing, or refrigeration environments.
- Hands-on mechanical skills with tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work in cold conditions and respond to breakdowns quickly.
- A team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn.
- Ambition to grow with the business – future leadership potential welcomed.
Forklift license, EWP, or working at heights ticket preferred. Trade-qualified is ideal but not essential.
