Amcal Yokine Pharmacy is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Dispensary Technician to join our friendly, close-knit team. This permanent part-time role offers 30+ hours across four regular days (Monday–Thursday), with immediate start available.

Recently under new ownership and newly renovated, our community pharmacy is building a fresh, positive team culture to match our beautiful new space.

About the role:

You'll support all aspects of the dispensary, including:

  • Dispensing prescriptions and assisting with stock management
  • Overseeing and maintaining Dose Administration Aid (DAA) patients, including accurate packing with MPS Redipak/Sachet systems
  • Liaising with doctors and patients to maintain prescriptions
  • Supporting customers with S2/S3 queries
  • Working alongside the Pharmacist to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Australian pharmacy experience required (dispensing experience not essential; full training will be provided)
  • S2/S3 training (SIRCIND002) preferred but not essential. We will support training for the right candidate
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • A great team player with strong attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for excellent customer service
