We're looking for a Lead Civil Engineer someone ready to take charge of our civil infrastructure projects and lead from the front.

What You'll Do
- Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing civil team.
- Deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, including carparks, site infrastructure, access roads, drainage, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, stormwater management, pavements and utilities
- Secure new opportunities find, tender, and win projects that matter.
- Provide technical excellence and assurance across design, engineering drawings, and reports ensuring compliance with Austroads guidelines, Australian Standards, and industry best practice.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, developers, government, and contractors to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Mentor, support, and develop your team creating a culture of collaboration, learning, and performance.
About You
You are an experienced civil engineer who thrives on both leadership and technical delivery. You may already be a senior manager with strong industry networks, or a rising star looking for a platform to prove yourself. Either way, you bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered status (or eligibility) with Engineers Australia.
- Registered Professional Engineer of Victoria (RPEV)
- Demonstrated experience delivering a variety of civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong client relationships in the Victorian building and construction sector.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project delivery.
- Business development skills to grow the pipeline of work.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical detail and big-picture delivery.
