The Role

As a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Tax team, you will:

  • Deliver tax advisory and compliance services across a prestigious financial services client base.
  • Support clients in managing complex Australian income tax matters with practical, solutions-driven advice.
  • Leverage technology, automation and data analytics to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to manage multiple engagements and mentor junior team members.

About You

We're looking for a driven tax professional with:

  • 3+ years' experience in Australian income tax—ideally gained within a Big 4, mid-tier firm, or financial services environment.
  • CA or CPA Qualified or close to qualifying.
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Experience in financial services tax (superannuation, insurance, banking, or asset management) highly regarded. Or the desire to work on clients in this space.
  • Excellent attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to grow your career.
