
Team Leader Fencing

We're on the hunt for a Team Leader Fencing (Northern location) to guide a small crew, delivering outstanding fencing solutions to schools, aged care facilities, local councils, and commercial clients. This is your opportunity to lead from the front with a dedicated team, and oversee rewarding, high-quality projects across Adelaide's northern suburbs.
The Role
As the Team Leader you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a small team on-site to deliver fencing projects to a high standard and on time.
- Performing site preparation, installations and repairs of various fence types: chain mesh, good neighbour, post and rail, and panel fencing.
- Interacting with clients, the public, and your team with professionalism and respect.
- Upholding our safety-first culture through best practices and incident reporting.
About You
- Proven experience in a Team Leader or Leading Hand role within the construction or fencing industry.
- Practical knowledge of fence installation and repair (highly regarded).
- Experience and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Current White Card, Police and DHS clearances are required.
- Truck license or machine tickets (i.e. Skid Steer and/or Excavator) are a bonus
