We are currently looking for a Process Technician to join our growing team.

You'll be an essential part of our production team, contributing directly to the development of our innovative leather alternative. This is a hands-on role involving mixing, spraying, rolling, and finishing/curing materials. You'll work closely with our engineers and technical staff to ensure consistent quality and smooth operations.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Performing manual production tasks: mixing, rolling, spraying, and curing bio-based materials
  • Monitoring and accurately tracking production data
  • Conducting in-process quality control checks
  • Maintaining a clean and organised lab/workshop
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot production issues

To be considered for this position, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a production or lab setting
  • Spraying experience (auto or house spraying) is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • Able to work both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Basic data entry and tracking skills
  • Experience with machines or manual tools in production environments
