Seeking a talented, motivated P&C Manager to mature the HR function for the next phase of growth.

The Role:
You'll be working directly with senior leadership to build the people foundation that will drive the next phase of growth. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape company culture and will fuel their continued success in the dynamic fintech landscape

  • Strategically working with division leaders to create skills-based development programs
  • Developing senior stakeholders coaching capabilities
  • Designing the early-career initiatives (graduate program) that will become the blueprint for scaling high-performing teams.
  • Partnering with Senior Leadership including your reporting line - Head of People & Culture to improve HR offering
  • Working with the teams to positively impact employee experience
  • Implement inclusive hiring practises
  • Crafting innovative people solutions that strengthen organisational values while supporting executive leadership with workforce architecture, talent forecasting, and capability enhancement
  • Pioneering initiatives that foster unity, belonging, and achievement, while implementing programs to enhance team satisfaction, commitment, and longevity
  • Ensuring adherence to Australian workplace legislation
  • Creating and implementing growth opportunities that enhance professional capabilities and career advancement
  • Remaining at the forefront of workforce management innovations and methodologies
  • Guiding transformation initiatives related to organisational evolution and business realignment
  • Serving as a respected counsel for staff and leadership alike, addressing workplace dynamics, resolving interpersonal challenges, and championing equitable practices
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all talent touchpoints
About You
  • 5 years in strategic HR/People & Culture roles, preferably in high-growth or fintech environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling people programs from the ground up
  • Experience designing and implementing graduate programs or early-career initiatives
  • Strong background in people analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with people platforms (Culture Amp preferred) and HR technology stack
