About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Speech Pathologist
to join our supportive team based in
Brisbane, QLD
. This is a full-time position that offers a mix of caseloads, allowing you to make a tangible impact on people's lives every day while enriching your clinical skills.
You will play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, delivering tailored therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for NDIS and aged care clients
- Deliver one-on-one interventions in community, home, or school settings
- Prepare high-quality reports to support NDIS applications and reviews
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other health professionals to optimise outcomes
- Monitor progress and adapt goals based on client development and needs
- Travel up to one hour to visit clients in their preferred settings
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current CPSP registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (NDIS and/or HCP experience preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
