About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 
Speech Pathologist
 to join our supportive team based in 
Brisbane, QLD
. This is a full-time position that offers a mix of caseloads, allowing you to make a tangible impact on people's lives every day while enriching your clinical skills.

You will play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, delivering tailored therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for NDIS and aged care clients
  • Deliver one-on-one interventions in community, home, or school settings
  • Prepare high-quality reports to support NDIS applications and reviews
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and other health professionals to optimise outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adapt goals based on client development and needs
  • Travel up to one hour to visit clients in their preferred settings

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current CPSP registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (NDIS and/or HCP experience preferred)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
