Opportunity available for a 6-month fixed-term, full-time Physio Support position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (strictly no exceptions).

About the Role

We are offering a rewarding opportunity for a Physio Support to join our team on a 6-month fixed term, full-time basis. This role is central to promoting independence and improving the overall quality of life for our residents.

Under the guidance of our physiotherapy team, you will assist residents with prescribed treatments and lead both group and individual exercise programs tailored to their care plans. These may include massage, stretching, balance work, walking, and resistance training.

You will also:

  • Document resident progress and provide regular feedback to the physiotherapist
  • Maintain and manage physio equipment, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels
  • Role model safe manual handling practices and equipment use across the team

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance and/or
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy) or equivalent experience
