Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Strides Physio Full time $60,000 - $100,000 per year

Strides Physio is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our team in 2025. After opening in mid 2024, we are on the search for our first new team member. Whether you're part-time or full-time, this role offers the chance to combine musculoskeletal physiotherapy with reformer-based exercise sessions in a collaborative, supportive clinic environment.

Our focus is on 
quality care and strong patient relationships,
 not just quick fixes. With 
45-minute follow-ups and 1-hour initial appointments
, we believe in longer appointment times in order to carry out thorough objective assessments, effective, individualised treatment plans and exercise prescription. Our clinic is fitted out with brand new gym equipment as well as 4 reformer machines for private, duet and 4 person classes. Exercise is an integral part of how we manage our clients, striving for a sustained approach to pain and injury.

About the role:

  • Diagnose and treat a diverse MSK caseload — common presentations include lower back, neck, shoulders, knees, ankles, and sporting/running injuries (plus a small amount of Workers' Compensation and CTP)
  • Deliver exercise-based rehab and reformer sessions
  • Exercise programming (via Physitrack)
  • General clinic admin including billing and invoices
  • We are looking for someone wanting to grow their physio career as our clinic grows. We want to provide you with the support, tools and education to become the type of physio you want to be. Whether that may be further study, working within particular sporting interests or pursuing leadership and mentoring roles, we are here to work with you towards your own career goals.

  • New graduates welcome - we provide comprehensive mentoring and support for early career physiotherapists

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Pilates qualification strongly preferred (or willingness to undertake training)
  • Demonstrated commitment to CPD or special clinical interests is a plus
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
  • Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
