As we enter an exciting new chapter under fresh ownership, we are focused on growth, innovation, and delivering high-quality products and services across our core areas: pools, foam, and rubber. Serving a diverse range of customers including families, tradies, hobbyists, and commercial businesses, we are dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Offer expert product advice and tailored solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and payments (cash and card)
  • Manage stock control and inventory, including handling large stock deliveries
  • Assist with in-store promotions, merchandising, and visual displays
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management
