Customer Service Team Member

We're looking for friendly team members to join our team.

  • Greet and thank customers for shopping at our store
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure customer safety
  • Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products during their shopping journey
  • Keep shelves fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping experience
  • Pick and prepare online customer orders
About This Role

You'll be the face of our store, bringing to life our friendly service. You'll work throughout the store, performing various tasks such as stocking shelves, displaying fresh produce, picking orders for online customers, and greeting customers as they leave the store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and thank customers for shopping at our store
  2. FOLLOW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SAFETY
  3. Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products during their shopping journey
  4. Keep shelves fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping experience
  5. Pick and prepare online customer orders
