In anticipation of increased growth within our Storage and Data Protection Crew we are now looking for a Chapter Lead to lead high-performing team within the Storage and Data Protection Crew – a team of highly motivated pl atform and software engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with Engineers, Product Owners and Crew leads to foster a one team approach and drive collaborative outcomes

• Manage a team of Storage and Data Protection Platform and Software Engineers, supporting them to deliver high quality outcomes for our customers

• Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritization understood and agreed to

• Role model best practices and industry standards to inspire and ensure strategic practice development within teams or platform

• Take accountability and drive a learning focused culture including mentoring and up-skilling within own and adjacent teams and technologies

We're interested in hearing from people who

• Have the ability to build, lead, and inspire an engaged team of engineers while also fostering an engineering culture of excellence.

• Have a strong background and skills in the relation to Storage and Data Backup technologies , specifically in Storage – Block , File and Object protocol-based platforms , Brocade SAN . In Data Protection – Commvault specifically.

• Have a background in software development with respect to infras tructure and Cloud based automation , Observability and SRE.

• Have knowledge of compute , storage, backups .

• Can effectively communicate engineering practice standards and consistent ways of working across squads and CBA that align to global best practice.

• Promote open communication and create a safe working environment where our engineers' voices are heard to achieve great outcomes for our organization , our customers, and the community.

• Can drive operational excellence and support teams in charge of mission-critical production services with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.

• Encourages risk-taking and constructive challenge while growing diverse and inclusive teams.

• Advocate for new technology approaches, with the experience to understand the architectural integration of new software solutions.

• Have influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance

• Are curious, life-long learners

• Influence the future of the company's technology estate every day
