Summary:Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and monitoring of project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, tasks, and milestones.
  • Track project deliverables and performance.
  • Maintain correspondence registers and records.
  • Support identification of potential project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Assist in the procurement of project resources including consultants and service providers.
Qualifications & Experience:Required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in projects, preferably within the defence, government, or aerospace sectors.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to hold a Security Clearance.
Desired
  • Experience in project management or project coordination roles.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Understanding of the ASDEFCON suite of contracting documents. (SOWs, DIDs, DSDs, etc.).
