Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior AI Coding Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or current students in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields who are eager to gain practical experience in AI-driven software development. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced developers to design, implement, and maintain AI-powered applications and coding automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Assist in the design and integration of AI and machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), into software applications.
  • Support the development of APIs, back-end services, and web interfaces for AI-driven solutions.
  • Participate in data preprocessing, model testing, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to code reviews, version control, and software documentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment or recent graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or Java.
  • Understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply AI, machine learning, and coding automation techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
  • Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) or AI coding tools.
  • Knowledge of web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, , or React.
  • Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git/GitHub.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization (Docker) is advantageous.
