**About the Firm****Our client is a fast-growing boutique commercial firm known for mid-tier quality and a modern, people-centric culture. Their Employment team acts for a diverse employer client base across industries, and the practice is now poised for its next stage of growth. This newly created senior role offers the chance to shape, lead and expand an already successful team.
**What You'll Be Doing****You'll oversee complex employment and workplace relations matters while mentoring junior lawyers and driving the practice strategically.
- Advise employers on executive contracts, compliance & disputes
- Represent clients in FWC, discrimination and IR matters
- Collaborate with directors on team strategy & growth initiatives
**What You'll Bring****
- 8-10 years' PQE in employment law (private practice)
- Transferable practice of around $200K+ required
- Proven leadership & business development capability
- Pragmatic, commercial approach with mentoring experience
