We're emagineer - the patented platform turning every LEGO fan into a Master Builder.

Commercial launch is imminent so we need a Unity craftsperson who makes mobile 3-D feel like magic.

Your mission

  • Own the Unity/C# pipeline for iOS and Android.
  • Build intuitive 3-D interactions, digital instructions, and user-generated worlds.
  • Integrate native features via plugins; optimise addressable assets for performance.
  • Ship clean, maintainable C# using SOLID principles and automated builds.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Boast 5 yrs mobile-first Unity experience and a shipped title in the App Store/Play Store.
  • Master performance profiling, memory management, and the Addressable Asset System.
  • Speak fluent REST/JSON and automate CI with GitHub Actions.
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor) to code faster and test deeper.
  • Still treasure your first LEGO set - and know why building matters.

What's on the table

  • 3-month contract → full-time with owner-level ESOP.
  • AU $120–150 k super, remote anywhere in Australia.
  • Quarterly "build days" in Melbourne HQ.
  • Role counts toward the R&D Tax Incentive, so Australian tax residency is required.
