We operate modern machinery and equipment to produce high-quality crops, including cotton and grain. The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Spray Rig / Truck Driver to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers a mix of spray rig operation, truck driving, and general farm support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work.

You will be working with modern John Deere spray rigs and Kenworth trucks, as well as assisting with irrigation setup and operation when required. The successful candidate will be provided with a house, work vehicle, and competitive hourly rate, along with excellent leave entitlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate self-propelled spray rigs for crop protection and nutrition
  • Drive Kenworth trucks for transporting commodities and equipment
  • Assist with irrigation system setup, monitoring, and operation
  • Carry out general farm support tasks when required
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Skills & Experience

  • Essential:

  • Minimum HR Licence

  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

  • Desirable:

  • MC Licence

  • Experience operating spray rigs or large agricultural machinery
  • Irrigation setup and operation experience
