Job Description

Do you have a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a hardworking Grounds and Maintenance team? NRMA Batemans Bay Beach Resort is seeking a casual Grounds and Maintenance Attendant. Your maintenance skills and problem-solving ability will keep our park, cabins, and sites in top condition.

You'll have flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. This role is offering approximately 20-30 hours per week, varying during peak summer season.

What you will do:

• Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
• Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.
• Servicing pool, repairs and maintenance as required
• Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks​

What you will bring:

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
• Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history.
• Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.

Please note, this is a physically demanding role.
