Factory Supervisor

Factory Team Leader - Full time

** Bonus ** work 4 days per week - get paid for 5 days

Forest Drapery Hardware Pty Ltd is a leading supplier of high quality and innovative drapery systems throughout Australia. A fantastic opportunity exists within our Batemans Bay Head Office for an experienced Factory Team Leader to oversee the assembly of curtain tracks including the dispatch of customer orders.

The Key Responsibilities for this role are:

• Planning of production jobs to ensure delivery dates are met
• Quality control of finished product
• Respond to enquiries from Sales staff
• Manage production staff including delivery drivers
• Managing and checking the stock levels using Inventory Management System
• Management of Company Vehicle fleet including service maintenance & repairs
• Manufacturing / Packing - helping with production (once office work is completed)
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the General Manager

To Be Successful in this role you must possess the following:

• Minimum of 12-months previous experience in similar role
• Excellent Communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Outgoing personality and you must be a team player
• Effective problem solving skills
• Drivers licence is essential
• Demonstrated experience using basic hand tools/construction

**Bonus** - work 4 days get paid for 5 days commences after the completion of successful six-month probationary period with our Company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
