What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with adults under NDIS and HCP programs, delivering occupational therapy in-home and in community settings.
  • Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Assistive Technology (AT) recommendations, Home Safety Assessments, home modifications, SDA/SIL assessments, and therapy-based interventions.
  • Creating tailored therapy plans that put clients in the driver's seat of their own health and independence.
  • Collaborating with our amazing interdisciplinary team, including physios and other allied health professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist ready to make a difference.
  • Experience or strong interest in NDIS and Aged Care (HCP) - we'll support you if you're keen to learn
  • A team player with great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Someone who loves working autonomously while knowing they've got an awesome team behind them.
  • A problem-solver and innovator - bring your ideas, and let's create something great together.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle- we're mobile and on the move
