The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join our team immediately. You will play a key role in the financial operations of our car dealership, managing manufacturer reconciliations, customer payments, and financial records, while also assisting with general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Daily Deals into the DMS
  • Reconciling accounts, including manufacturer statements and dealership records
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and financial ledger reconciliations
  • Managing customer and supplier queries related to accounts
  • Assisting with phone calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate financial transaction records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth finance operations

About You:

  • Proven experience OR similar qualification in accounts reconciliation, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume dealership environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
