This role includes:

  • Opening and Closing of the store
  • End of day reconciliations
  • Stock management
  • Point of sale transactions
  • Achieving business Key Performance Indicators
  • Coaching and guiding staff to achieve their targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and process online orders
  • Team Management
