Allround Mining Resources are seeking a mining supervisor with experience in ROM management & Rehab for an ongoing 8/6 dayshift only roster.

This is a great opportunity to work for a small contractor with a long term role available for the right person.

Supervisor:**

  • 8/6 Roster - Dayshift Only
  • Working for small tight knit contacting company
  • 1 Hour flight from Perth
  • Own room, no motelling

  • Casual or Perm for the right candidate

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor / Team leader in ROM management & Rehab
  • S26 Qualification / Section 44 and knowledge of the WHS Acts and regs and your requirements as a statutory supervisor
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint & Excel
  • Experience across a variety of Heavy Mining Machinery and must be happy to jump in and support team from time to time
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across the team and departments
  • The ability to work in an autonomous role and lead and manage staff
  • HR Licence and operating tickets desirable

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
  • Ability to provide a police clearance
  • Proactive attitude
