Customer Experience & Brand Support Coordinator

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with speed and accuracy.
  • Keep our systems, customer records, and product information up to date.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to keep the business running at full speed.
  • Immerse yourself in the Rogue Royalty brand so you can answer questions confidently and make recommendations customers love.

What You'll Need to Bring:

  • Proven customer service and admin experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong computer skills — you'll be using multiple systems daily and must be confident navigating them.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Exel, Outlook and Word.
  • Fast learner who enjoys problem-solving and finding better ways to do things.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail that never switches off.
  • A stable work history — we're looking for someone ready to commit and grow with us.
  • Professional and personable communication style.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Xero, CRM systems).
  • A genuine interest and love for pets and premium canine products and raw nutrition.
