High Reach Forklift Operators – Kemps Creek & Minchinbury

Casual Roles with Full-Time Hours | AM & PM Shifts Available | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable High Reach Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse roles based in Kemps Creek and Minchinbury. These positions offer ongoing casual employment with full-time hours, with both morning and afternoon shifts available to suit your schedule.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with well-established companies in the warehousing and logistics industry. If you have recent experience operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating high reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve pallets and stock
  • General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and staging of goods
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers when required
  • Conducting safety checks and reporting any issues with equipment
  • Using RF scanners to track inventory (experience preferred)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

    A valid forklift licence (LF) with at least 6 months of recent high reach forklift experience
  • Proven general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence operating high reach forklifts in narrow aisles and high racking
  • RF scanning experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Reliable transport to get to and from site
