We're on the lookout for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff and Bar Supervisors to join our crew at STRUMMINGBIRD FESTIVAL - Newcastle on 1st November '25

This is your chance to be part of the action at this amazing event— slinging drinks, working in a buzzing festival atmosphere, and helping us deliver an unforgettable experience for thousands of music lovers.

Whether you're on the counter serving, mixing drinks, or leading the team as a Supervisor, you'll be right in the thick of the good times — all while getting paid to be part of it.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly
  • Providing excellent customer service with a smile
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and fun bar environment
  • Supporting your team and staying cool under pressure
  • (For Supervisors) Leading a bar team, managing workflow, and upholding service and RSA standards
What We're Looking For:
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great team energy
  • RSA certification (valid in NSW)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Availability - 1 November 2025

  • Must be 18+

  • Previous bar experience is great — but if you've got the right vibe, we want to hear from you
