APG Workforce is recruiting Process Workers to join a nation-leading poultry processing facility in Beresfield. This is a great opportunity to build stable, ongoing work with one of Australia's largest food producers — no experience required.

Your Role:

  • Handling, preparing, and packaging poultry products (raw and cooked)
  • Wrapping, weighing, stacking, and bagging items
  • Operating food processing machinery and pallet jacks
  • Manual handling — lifting up to 20kg throughout the shift
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Comfortable working with raw & cooked poultry
  • Physically fit for repetitive manual lifting
  • Flexibility to work weekends if required
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • No birds, pigs, or chickens at home (biosecurity requirement)
  • No food allergies (working with flour, gluten, marinades)
  • Able to remove jewellery/piercings while on-site
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in varied temperatures (warm and cool areas)
