We are a full-service eCommerce agency specialising in the delivery of high-end, complex eCommerce environments across leading platforms including Adobe, Shopify, OroCommerce, and BigCommerce.
We are seeking a Junior to Midlevel Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our growing team.
This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with a passion for digital commerce, technical project management, and business analytics.
As a Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce projects, while also supporting business analysis activities to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and client needs. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage eCommerce website builds, enhancements, and support projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Define project objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Allocate and manage resources, track team assignments, and help remove blockers to maintain momentum.
- Oversee and enforce scrum cycles, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and foster continual improvement in delivery practices.
- Track and report resource time, project costs, and budget adherence.
- Conduct WIP meetings with clients and client stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensure quality assurance activities are embedded throughout the project lifecycle, minimising defects and post-launch issues.
Business Analysis
- Work with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for eCommerce solutions.
- Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to identify business needs and pain points.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development and testing.
- Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and solution recommendations.
- Assist in the design and optimisation of business processes and workflows related to eCommerce operations.
- Validate deliverables against requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Client & Team Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for project-related matters, maintaining transparency and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates.
- Encourage collaboration and effective communication within the project team, supporting team health and well-being.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and document project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately and support their resolution.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular project status reports, metrics, and financial performance data to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, logs, and lessons learned.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Project Management, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field)
- 1–3 years' experience in a project management or business analyst role, preferably within a digital agency or eCommerce environment
- Level :
Junior–Midlevel - Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, OroCommerce, or BigCommerce
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Technically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Customer service focused, polite, and patient
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage tight deadlines
Work Environment
This role is primarily (WFH), with occasional travel for client meetings, office gatherings, or industry events as required. Birthday day off, in addition to annual leave. Amazing work culture with a health and family first mentality.
